SUPER SAVER PLAN

Our SUPER SAVER PLAN is the only coupon book for Dealers with a sense of direction and purpose as it is set up to systematically bring your customer back at specified time and mileage intervals for recommended service. 

In addition the book may also include coupons for Over The Counter Parts, Car Rental Discounts, Trade In Discounts, Household Discounts, Customer Referrals, and any other discounted product or service you wish to include.  All of our Super Saver Plans are customized to each Dealership.

Dealers report our Super Saver Plan not only increases their Service and Parts Department business, but also dynamically increases their Customer Referrals and Household Referrals.

A referral audit in one dealership showed more than 8 percent  return.  (742 Super Savers distributed to customers netted 66 additional sales with the referral coupon.)

CRA has state of the art equipment and prints Super Saver Plans on demand, affording you the additional advantage of making changes to your program.  In most cases these changes can be made with the finished product in your hands the following day.

DEALER SERVICE CARD

Our DEALER SERVICE CARD is a 3-color insert that lists your Dealership’s hours of operation, points out the sizeable investment in parts and equipment, certified technicians, Car Rental or Shuttle arrangements.

This card also lists your Early Bird Box if available, your Cashier’s hours as well as the credit cards you accept and your check policy.

WARRANTY BULLETIN

This congratulates your customer for purchasing an Extended Warranty and states if they did not purchase. . . It may not be too late, and to call the Dealership as there are many plans.

CARD CARE

This is a Credit Card Registry that is good for 3 years should your customer have a lost or stolen Credit Card.  (Most banks charge about $12.00 a year for this service.)

KEY CODE REGISTRATION

It offers 36 months assistance should keys be lost or stolen.

TRIP PLANNING SERVICE

When this service is requested we send a letter to the Chamber of Commerce or Tourist Bureau in the area the customer plans to visit.  These agencies usually respond with a great array of information on accommodations and attractions. In addition, we send your customer a large Rand McNally Travel Atlas.

ACCIDENT REPORT

Advises customer what information to exchange should they be involved in an accident.

HOT LINE

CRA has a toll free Hot Line for your customers to register any concerns. This service is used by less than 1 percent of our dealers customers. However, the Dealers report even this small percentage  is very helpful.

When a customer calls our staff never agrees or disagrees with your customer.  Our operators are trained to tell your customer we have no authority in any disputes. However, if the customer wants to express concerns, they will be taken and faxed to Dealer Management.

IMPLEMENTATION

The CRA Benefit Package is marketed in several ways:

  • The Package is included with the sale of each and every new and used vehicle.  The cost of the program is generated by future and continued profits derived from the CRA Benefit Package by increased Service, Parts and Customer Referrals.

  • The Doc or Administration fee is increased to cover the cost of the package.

  • Many Dealers sell CRA and pre-print or program their computers to print on their Buyers Order “CRA Benefit Package $159.00” (price determined by each Dealer) and treat the package as an assumed sale, with penetration running in excess of 90 percent.

  • Other Dealers “package” CRA with extended Warranty or other F&I products.

  • Use CRA as an additional closing tool.
